Payment

We accept a wide range of payment methods including all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cheque.  Payments must be cleared prior to shipment.

Shipping

We aim to hold the vast majority of products in stock and we try to ensure that orders are shipped same day. We use TNT as our main courier but we may also use alternative couriers from time to time.  Orders received and confirmed prior to 2.30pm will be shipped the same day (stock availability permitting) for delivery next working day, timed deliveries are available at extra cost.

Security

We use HSBC Secure epayments for our online credit card authorisation. We use 128 bit level of encryption to ensure our site is secure.
