Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). If you order an item incorrectly and request a refund, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 5 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (approx 5 working days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
When returning goods it is essential that you include everything as supplied such as leads, power supplies, manuals, CDs, packaging, etc otherwise the item will not be considered to be in a resaleable condition and you will not receive a full refund.
Please do not write on the box or stick labels or tape to it , this includes not using the box as the only means of packaging to return the item to us, failure to do this means we are unable to to consider 'as new' as it will not be possible to resell it.
